About the role
We are looking for a helpful and welcoming team member who can handle orders from existing customers and new customers requiring Janet connections and work with circuit suppliers and internal groups to ensure that the installation is completed on time and within budget. The post holder will also be required to manage BAU and handle customer and supplier contracts.

- Proven experience of working in a service environment.
- Knowledge of Office based IT systems
- Ability to translate and communicate technical information so that it can be clearly understood by customers and colleagues
- Well organised with a methodical approach to work
- Able to analyse information and anticipate problems

This role will be based in Harwell.
Jisc is a geographically-distributed organisation and travel across the UK may be required at times.
