What is the role?

You will work to help solve production service problems and consult, train and guide customers through enhancements and change management requests. You will work closely with our pre-sales engineers, solutions architects and product development in uncovering opportunities, managing production releases and positioning enhancements.

You'll need to have:
  • A computer science background with experience of Capital Markets
  • A foundational understanding of programming and scripting languages
  • A strong understanding of the trading lifecycle for both buy and sell side institutions
  • A passion for customer service with strong written and oral communication skills
  • A proven background in customer support with demonstrated ability in solving problems
  • A proven ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting connectivity/messaging i.e. FIX, MQ, SFTP, TCPIP

What's the role?
You'll join a team of passionate, high-performing sales professionals positioning our suite of electronic trading products including FXGO, and FIT (Fixed Income), as well as our regulated multi-lateral execution venue BMTF/BTFE (Bloomberg Multi-Lateral Trading Facility).

You'll have a key focus on positioning our Fixed Income E-trading suite of execution tools to Regional Buy and Investment houses and Brokerages. You will need to be conversant with the global Fixed Income and FX market structure, terminology and understand the requirements and objectives of the Fixed Income and FX trading community.

Being part of the team means you'll be providing sophisticated workflow solutions to help service both existing and new clients. So you'll need to be comfortable with building a detailed knowledge of, and developing sales tactics for, a variety of electronic trading solutions within the new European regulatory framework of MiFID II.

As Project Manager you will

Requirements:

  • Have experience of working across project lifecycles â€" from scoping and analysis, design and testing and through to post go live support

  • Oracle Cloud implementation experience in Financials, Procurement or Supply-Chain
