About your new role:

Following an exciting period of growth we are now looking for a new Software Tester to join our expanding Technology team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Thee successful end to end testing of our solutions prior to deployment into production environments

  • Robust testing of systems prior to implementation in accordance with testing and acceptance methodologies

  • To produce technical procedures and documentation for the applications including user guides

  • To develop and maintain test scripts in accordance with testing and acceptance methodologies

  • To investigate and reproduce bugs, issues and problems that may be identified and manage the corrections of these through to resolution

  • To undertake other testing or technology related tasks as may be reasonably required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Very good PC and Network troubleshooting skills in a TCP/IP - Wintel environment
  • Windows 10 proficient - essential
  • Good Microsoft Office 2016/365 knowledge
  • Familiarity with Windows 2012 AD administration tasks
  • Ability to resolve network printer issues
  • Familiar with Generic PC, Laptop and Tablet set up and configuration
  • Competent to configure Android smartphones and iPhones/iPads
