Initially will be given on the job support and mentoring to get you up to speed on the product. Once settled, you will be responsible for providing front line support for the company's software products their customers and partners, along with the development and maintenance of technical resources. This role has the scope to expand into other technical areas including becoming a product specialist where you will be key in training and supporting customers face to face.

The role;
* Software Support engineer
*Training to become a product specialist
* Providing first line support to a specialist software product (2D and 3D graphics)
* Verifying software problems, gathering data, logging issues and providing solutions.
*Network administration and some occasional web development
* Face to face and remote customer interaction (Training and Tradeshows)
* Working with an internal software development team to help improve the products
* Progression into a product specialist
The person;
* Technically minded
* Ideally from a software or technical support background
* Good communication skills and happy to talk to customer
* Looking to technically progress through on the job support (Experienced team)
* Looking for on the job training to become a product specialist
* Happy to travel
