MAIN JOB PURPOSE

Nominet is looking to expand its cyber security business and is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support that growth. You will play a vital role in growing Nominet’s cyber security business unit by supporting the sales team by creating, evaluating and optimising data sets, sales applications and bid response processes in order to ensure efficiency, accuracy and repeatability of our customer engagements and responses. In this role you will be working across all aspects of the business including but not limited to sales, technical, project management office and finance in order to drive the outcome above.

  • Ensuring that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled together from all parts of the business
  • Work closely with the internal sales team and channel partners team to fully understand and capture all requirements and manage handoff points between them

  • Coordinate clarification questions, forwarding to clients and monitoring responses ad enable effective sales performance tracking
  • Ensure all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements
