The Role
The IM&T Directorate is going through an exciting period of change in our role as a critical enabling support service to deliver the Legion’s vision for 2021.
We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our Service Desk Team to provide technical support to all our 1600 staff across the Legion. You will respond to staff seeking technical assistance over the phone, in person or via e-mail acting as triage and resolver with escalations to specific teams where necessary.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, proven networking experience and a good understanding of PC hardware & software set up, mobile devices and other technical products to enable you to manage and resolve a wide range of enquiries.
Proven experience of work in an IT support role with a strong emphasis on customer focus is essential for this role.
