Due to an ever increasing workload, they are currently looking to recruit 2 Technical Project Managers to join their dedicated team of PMO professionals. The roles are based in Preston, Lancs and are for an initial 6 month duration. There is a rate of GBP350Ltd - GBP480LTD Per Day (Inside IR35) on offer for successful candidates. Required - Familiar with Security Standards and documentation (e.g. ISO27000 / RMADS / GPG13 etc. etc.)

Required - Experience (greater than 5 years) with working in accredited environments (e.g. IL3 / IL5)

Due to an expanding range of projects, our client is seeking a talented and technically orientated Architect to join their professional and dynamic team to work directly with the Project Director and project team to assist the development, management and control of the technical drawings of a variety of large scale projects covering many building typologies.

Experience required for this role:

Delivery

* Ability to demonstrate technical expertise for project demands

* An understanding how to detail for compliance requirements e.g. building regulations

* An understanding of the extent of detail required in different contractual situations and experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional)

* Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types

Skills

* High level of REVIT skills

* Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills

* Ability to work within a team effectively and deliver tight deadlines on time and on budget
