Hours-Monday-Friday 9-5am (37.5 Hours)
Salary: 18.27 Per hour (£35,626.50)
Jd: The Cyber Security Officer will become the subject matter expert for IT security and security protections within the cyber security team, responsible for assessing, analysing, designing and developing the cyber security landscape within the hospitals group.
The post holder needs to be able to implement and support technical security solutions across the organisation, in the process liaising with IT teams, third party suppliers, short-term contractors and Trust staff as necessary. Training will be provided for the specific systems however experience in managing IT\Security systems as a whole is required. The post holder should have exposure to service management methodologies. PRINCE 2 and ITIL v3/v4 desirable but not essential.
The individual will need a proactive approach and constantly research, develop new technologies, deliver trend analysis, respond to, diagnose and analyse security issues ready to submit reports and recommendations to the Cyber Security Manager or the IT Operations Manage
