The Senior Product Analyst delivers best-in-class digital insight across Bourne Leisure’s digital assets, including but not limited to butlins.com, haven.com and warnerleisurehotels.co.uk.

You will be joining the company at a very exciting time, being part of the rapidly growing Digital function which is driving the digital focus within Bourne Leisure; we are at an early stage in our digital journey with an exciting road-map ahead. We are based in Hemel Hempstead.

What you will be doing:

On a day-to-day basis you will be embedded in our digital product structure, with your main stakeholders being product managers; your expert insight in this space will support and shape the development of our sites and apps.

You will also have responsibility for supporting day-to-day data needs (using Google Analytics 360/ Data Studio) while simultaneously having a constant eye on the future, highlighting opportunities that may not yet have been considered.

You will also support and advocate a new (and growing) split testing function, which has the wider objective of embedding a test and learn culture throughout the business.
Responsibilities in this area include assisting with sizing/ prioritisation of tests, creating tools to monitor and analyse outcomes, and providing recommendations.

The product analytics function also holds responsibility for data integrity and tracking implementation.

What we are looking for:

•Digital analytics experience, preferably with significant exposure to digital product in a product optimisation/ agile scrum environment
•Proven stakeholder management abilities with ability to educate and drive change, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork focus
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate complex data effectively to a variety of audiences via a variety of means (visual, verbal and written)
