Job Description Summary

Corporate Customer Service is responsible for the service delivery to our Corporate customer base. The customers are segmented into; Outsourced, Managed and Essential.
Outsourced – the customer has outsourced their fleet related services to Lex Autolease. We are an extension of their business and administer the fleet policy on the customer’s behalf. The customer service team will have direct liaison with the driver base.
Managed – the customer will usually have a Fleet Manager who administers the fleet. The customer service team will work closely with the Fleet Manager and support in the delivery of the fleet policy. The customer service team will liaise with the Fleet Manager and in some cases the driver base.
Essential – the customer manages their fleet and the customer service team respond based on customer request. In the essential space the customer wants best value on vehicle quotations.
Responsible for providing customer service support in the Managed segment you will provide excellent customer service over the telephone and via email. Each account offers different challenges and opportunities meaning that the work is varied and there is a heavy focus on building effective relationships across the business. There is a clear colleague-led development programme available and you will be supported with ongoing training by your Team Manager and colleagues.

Job Description

  • Possess the skills and capability to resolve routine enquiries across a multitude of communication channels (i.e. Email/web/telephone)
  • Effectively prioritise daily workloads across varying tasks. These include collection of vehicles, customer data management, transacting early termination requests and managing in life vehicle queries.
  • Confident speaking to customers on the phone to resolve their query at first touch resolution (where possible).
  • Understand the different functional areas of Lex Autolease and develop relationships with key operational areas.
  • To process customer bespoke requests, reports and off-system processes.
  • Hold knowledge of system reporting and how these are produced both on the in house system as well as the self-serve functionality on the Lex Autolease portal.
  • Support customers with any challenges faced when producing reports via the self-serve functionality.
  • Operate core and internet systems.
  • Meet customer service standards and targets as set; ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
  • To participate in the overall achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets.
  • To comply with regulatory and legislative requirements including TCF principles.

What skills and experience can you bring to the role?

To be considered it is essential that you can bring;

  • Demonstrable experience of using Power BI to develop reporting capabilities in a commercial environment
  • Proven experience of insight generation, and leading the delivery of report design and build
  • Knowledge of data and reporting platforms including data ingestion, storage and reporting capabilities
  • Strong analytical capability, able to present concepts and evolve ideas through to designs and implementation
  • Experience of working in a team of Visual Analytics developers, who will design and build reports and maintain the reports built
  • Experience of analytical toolsets including SQL, SSIS and data mart / ETL technologies

It would also be advantageous if you;

  • Have the ability to articulate complex information at all levels
  • Are a strong creative and conceptual thinker
  • Proficient in MS Office

I am currently seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager for a permanent opportunity with my client in London. This organisation is a leading provider of financial solutions to SMEs in the UK. Combining the stability and strength of bank finance and the latest cutting-edge platforms they support their clients with the financial solutions need to allow them to grow and thrive.

The Digital Acquisition Manager will generate traffic through organic / paid search marketing, social media, SEO, affiliates, display and email with the goal of driving qualified conversions. You will work with the Marketing Director and collaborate with various teams including; data, design, content and sales to conceive, manage, analyse and optimise campaigns to drive customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Push customer acquisition through digital channels – maintaining and constantly optimising
  • Work with the Marketing Director to plan digital marketing and ensure paid media strategy is executed to meet / exceed targets.
  • Manage and develop email marketing program, data segmentation and performance to ensure optimal performance
  • Own inbound strategy, improving current channels to increase the number of inbound leads.

I am currently seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager for a permanent opportunity with my client in London. This organisation is a leading provider of financial solutions to SMEs in the UK. The Digital Acquisition Manager will generate traffic through organic / paid search marketing, social media, SEO, affiliates, display and email with the goal of driving qualified conversions. You will work with the Marketing Director and collaborate with various teams including; data, design, content and sales to conceive, manage, analyse and optimise campaigns to drive customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Push customer acquisition through digital channels – maintaining and constantly optimising
  • Work with the Marketing Director to plan digital marketing and ensure paid media strategy is executed to meet / exceed targets.
  • Manage and develop email marketing program, data segmentation and performance to ensure optimal performance
