The ideal candidate will have the follow skills or experience;
* Previous helpdesk experience (not essential)
* Customer service focussed with an excellent telephone manner.
* A demonstrable ability to follow process and build a reassuring rapport with customers.
*The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with a difficult customers to establish confidence whilst an issue is resolved.
* To quickly gather the right information from the customer, analyse the issue and take appropriate and timely action.
*Target focussed, and able to keep on top of all tasks and escalations whilst assuring excellent customer service at all times.

You will need good attention to detail coupled with a positive minded can-do attitude. The ability to work on your own initiative is essential as you will be handling complex cases and taking ownership of issues.

Your working hours will be 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm with 30 minutes lunch.

While this is role is aimed a more junior position, it would really suit someone who wants to become a fully-fledged Network/IT engineer.
