Please note: Having industry experience when applying for this role will put you at an advantage but isn't essential.

If you're tech savvy, highly motivated and have a strong academic background in the subject of IT then this could be the role for you. You don't need to have any experience just the right attitude, great communication skills and a willingness to learn.

In this role you will learn how to be the first point of contact for all support enquiries across the business using an ITIL based framework and deliver excellent IT service to other members of staff across the UK.

This role is a great opportunity to kick start or build on your IT career as you'll be coached/mentored by 2 senior engineers who will teach you how to deal with all of the issues they are presented with on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. You'll also have access to funding which enable you to gain Microsoft certifications.

All you need to do to be considered for this opportunity is prove your interest and potential by showing off any IT qualifications/industry certifications/home based & industry based IT experience in your CV/application you submit.

  • Provision & modification of new and existing services including (but not exclusive to) Internet access, domains, backup and e-mail services etc.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers to report, manage and escalate customer problems.
  • Manage, categorise and prioritise support requests, again in association with related SLA's. These include problems, queries and requests regarding both 3rd party products and our own internal services.
  • Produce documentation to acceptable levels, this including both ticket update and also our own technical support information.
  • This role may require occasional customer site visits and visits to our data centres.
