Your new role
Own month end closing, reporting and highlighting required business interventions. Work alongside finance teams to ensure successful month end reconciliation and billing. Work with finance teams to ensure that the full end to end workflow (from client set up, campaign set up through to campaign billing) is customer centric and robust. Work with Internal teams to assist in the accurate and timely reporting of revenue generation, billing and cash collection. Simplification, improvement and scaling of existing processes and tools. Partner with finance teams and international teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance. Build and maintain key reporting metrics that drive business performance. Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are built and maintained. Generate adhoc financial reporting and models for the ESBO leadership team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong social skills required.
  • Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required, including a deep understanding of formulas, macros, pivot tables.
  • Experience working with Salesforce - a plus
  • Experience working with Operative.One - a plus
  • Experience working with SAP - a plus
  • SQL skills – a plus
  • Experience working with statistical analysis/tools - a plus
  • Familiarity with media, TV measurement - a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Cyber Security Service Owner - (Security Protective and Detective Controls)

What you'll need to succeed


As cyber threats continue to diversify and grow, so too does the client’s need to develop our cyber security culture and capabilities to ensure we continue to protect the services and systems which keep London moving.

Cyber security professionals play a critical and ever-increasing role in protecting these services and systems, safeguarding our customers as they travel across the capital’s network, and ultimately helping to realise the Government’s ambition to make the UK the safest place in the world to be online and do business.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with Information Technology and be able to demonstrate their ability to rise to new challenges and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in cyber security is essential.

This role is for a Security Operations tool owner therefore candidates must have strong experience undertaking this type of role, be able to undertake those responsibilities described below and demonstrate the desired skills and qualifications. Candidates who are unable to meet the responsibilities of the role will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the protective and detective security tools utilised by the team across our technology estate
  • Developing and maintaining technology road maps for these tools
  • Establishing governance of the operational aspects of these tools with other stakeholders across the department
  • Liaising with commercial teams to ensure vendor contracts are effectively managed

Skills:

  • A demonstrable passion for Cyber Security
  • A detailed and proven understanding of network infrastructure, system and application architecture and associated security controls within highly complex environments Experience in public cloud application hosting, mobile and web application security
  • Proven understanding of current best practise approach to security assurance and the application of security frameworks (E.g. NCSC 10 Steps to Security, CIS 20 Critical Controls, NIST, ISO27001)
  • Experience in project and development methodologies covering; architecture pattern development, requirements analysis, design review and project risk assessment.
  • Planning and prioritising multiple project work streams in response to rapidly developing and changing portfolios
  • Turning business problems into optimal technical security designs, aligning user needs with systems requirements and organisational goals
  • Experience of supplier and third party risk management
  • Capable of making and guiding effective decisions, explaining clearly how decisions have been reached and the ability to understand and resolve technical disputes across varying levels of complexity and risk.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communications skills
