Windows Deployment Engineer

A leading provider of IT services and solutions are currently looking for a Deployment Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious locations as above and around.

The successful engineer will take part in providing basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors. You will be hardware skilled to provide desktop, laptop/printer break-fix support and provide software installations and configuration in an existing desktop infrastructure or pre-designed project and will be familiar with current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems.

With highly developed interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you’ll have the ability to work flexibly in various IT systems, hardware, deployments, rollouts and configuration along with a drive and passion to succeed.

The role will be reporting directly to the management accountant where you will be tasked with the following duties:
  • Processing Invoices
  • Weekly Bank reconciliations

This is a Part-Time Accounts Payable role which requires candidates to be in for 3 days a week.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience within the accounts payable function and be able to work on a part-time basis. You will need to have attention to detail and be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a personal level. You will need to have the ability to manage your diary and tasks well and take ownership of the accounts payable ledger.
