  • Manage risk analysis across locations and set long term strategy and vision for the Risk management organisation

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations or business intelligence
  • 4+ years in risk management and mitigation
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience creating process flows, procedural documentation and business reporting to include KPI measurement
  • Korean language skills – speaking and reading

What you'll need to succeed

Strong communication, rapport building, written and verbal competency, problem solving, prioritisation and organisational skills are all key for this position. You will have the ability to manage conflict well, be a confident decision maker and be able to follow all policies and procedures whilst following regulations when dealing with sensitive information.
