An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with a commercial background to join a forward-thinking psychological healthcare organisation in York.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the management team of this rapidly growing company. This crucial role will deal with complex briefs and support the development of an ambitious long-term growth plan. You will essentially be managing and running the combined Therapist Network across the group, a network that features approximately 4000 clinicians.

You will need to possess:

- A proven commercial background in a health-related field.
- Background experience in the health and wellbeing market.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in creating and organising effective CPD programmes.
- Good knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience of negotiating clinician rates in a health market is ideal.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overall responsibility for the recruitment to and management of the Therapist Network.
- Lead managing relationships internal and external with the network.
- Responsible for overall therapist service level delivery with the business.
- Manage the commercial aspects of the external clinical network, engagement, i.e. the terms and conditions of engagement.
- Liaise with Stakeholders regarding the Operational and Clinical needs from the network.
- Build a GDPR compliant platform for the network.
- Responsible for ensuring a Continuous Professional Development programme is available for the clinical network.
- Create and manage a rolling plan to make training and supervision available to the network.
- Manage the third-party organisation that validates the credentials of the network clinicians.
- Regular 1:1 interviews with select clinicians to gather feedback.
- Manage Network Managers at organisational level.

This is a full time, permanent position based in York. The salary offered is £50,000- £60,000 per annum.

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Desktop Support Engineer with my Client who is passionate about providing a value-add service to their customer base within multiple verticals across EMEA and beyond.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of wireless and networking fundamentals with experience of working as part of a team to support Windows Server-based networks, Office 365 and MIS systems. They will be highly experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution with previous helpdesk experience an advantage.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who Is looking to develop and grow their career within a technical environment.

Principal Duties

  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support face to face, via phone, web-based tools and email for both internal network and customers.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Experience administering Office 365, SCCM, Azure AD sync and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of designing and supporting Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Backup solutions including technology such as cloud backup.
  • Have experience of VMware and Hyper-V and SSCM
  • Knowledge of firewalls, switching, routers and wireless.
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Must be organised and have excellent time management skills where critical thinking and strong problem- solving skills are required for success.
