Job Summary


As part of the MDS IT Support team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line application support on issues raised from the IT Service Desk and also for monitoring and maintaining Morrison Data Services systems.

  • Manage the off boarding of users using checklists.
  • Provide support for user and office relocations.
  • Daily/weekly backup software management.
  • Printer management and basic troubleshooting.
  • Basic server management including Citrix Xenapp user support.
  • Basic management of the telephone system.
  • Occasional visits to other offices.
