The role will be exciting and challenging and there will be stacks of opportunity to make a difference and have fun! You will take day-to-day ownership of social media platforms and play an important role in our PR / influencer strategy, as well as working on growing two online retailers, whilst working with the marketing team and PR agency to align and implement the wider strategy. You will be the face / voice of the brand and will focus on beautiful content creation across multiple social media platforms, build and maintain relationships with top influencers and get the brands out there in front of the right audience. Key responsibilities

  • Monitor results and suggest optimisations
  • Monitor and respond to all customer comments, participate in conversations to support brand awareness and engagement and identifying trends to inform future content plans

  • Build strong relationships and campaigns with social media influencers and bloggers, bringing their communities into the Natural Baby Shower community

  • Assist with preparing influencer gifting and content contracts
  • Assist with gifting process and budget
