2nd line / 3rd line support - Rawtensall / Haslingden

Keywords: 2nd line support, 3rd line support, server migrations, helpdesk support, service desk support, service delivery, IT Support

Are you a Desktop Support Engineer or 2nd line support analyst with a passion for technology and experience with servers, looking for an opportunity where you'll be provided with further training and put on a clearly defined career path?

Then look no further, as I'm working with an established company that are offering such an opportunity right now!

My client is looking to increase their skill set across 2nd and 3rd line support, and have decided to recruit for a self-driven 2nd Line or 3rd line engineer. You'll be working closely with their clients, receiving inbound calls and service requests and then managing these tickets / incidents across their lifecycle to final resolution.

We are looking for an individual who is able to put the customer at the forefront of what they do on a day to day basis, and also an individual who is keen to learn and further their technical skills through a strong mentoring and internal training program.

If you've got experience of working towards SLA's, then that would be great as would any previous experience working within an IT Services / IT Support Helpdesk team.

We are open to candidates at two different levels. The first level of experience would be a person with 2nd line or desktop support experience, or an individual who already has 2nd line support experience and is comfortable remoting on to servers and doing some 3rd line work. Either way you will find yourself working for a company that will invest in you and help you get to the next stage of your career.

For further details and to apply, please send your CV or get in touch for an informal and confidential chat: Jon Brass at Circle Recruitment.

Keywords: 1st line support, 2nd line support, helpdesk support, service desk support, service delivery, IT Support
