REED are working with a growing software solutions company in Newbury to recruit for a Project & Installations Coordinator on a permanent basis due to a new project win. My client is growing rapidly, is recognised as one of the leading companies in their industry and has gone on to win numerous awards. Progression is definitely available.

This role will focus on ensuring installation requirements have been defined and completed within effective delivery timescales with Service Level Agreements. There will be a bookings schedule in place to plan the delivery of the project and to record commitments made to the customer. You will keep records of any changes made to the plans, with supporting agreements and re-baseline the plan if appropriate, and escalate any issues and re-evaluate timescales or any impact on the installation or project. In this role you will have lots of communication with engineers, customers and third party suppliers, plus lots more duties will be required.

My client is looking for a candidate with good written and spoken English, who is personable and confident to speak on the phone and correspond over email. You should be organised and be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and KPIs. This is very much a team environment so you should also be a team player but be able to work independently when required.

In terms of experience, my client is looking for either a strong administrator with coordination experience or someone with a projects backgrounds. Candidates who have experience in the following would be highly advantageous, although not necessary:

  • Experience in coordinating deliveries and installations with customers and third party-suppliers
  • Working within a customer focused project environment
  • Familiar working with Candidate Management Systems - Salesforce, CRM applications or ERP systems
  • Technical understanding

In return, my client can offer you a 'family feel' environment within a highly successful company, 25 days A/L plus bank holidays, 4% employer contribution pension (after 3 months), free car parking and other benefits. Progression opportunities are also available.

Please apply online today or contact Heather Lewis or Lyndsey Mowat at REED Newbury for your application to be considered.
