Do you get a buzz out of helping others?
You may not be saving lives but supporting an IT department can have a massive impact on the continued success of a business.
Your experience in hardware and PC fixes means you’ll be able to hit the ground running and be a real asset immediately.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all IT infrastructure on site is maintained to a high standard. You’ll also be the go-to person for technical issues affecting hardware and software across multiple environments.
So, what are the requirements?
You’ll have strong knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office. You’ll also be well versed in network troubleshooting and using IT ticket systems to log incidents.
Your experience in IT hardware specifications will also be an added bonus.
Okay, so what do you get for all this?
You’ll get a salary of£20,000, which you may end up spending a chunk on the companies’ products thanks to their hefty staff discount. That’s Christmas sorted.
Everyone needs a bit of time off. You’ll start with 25 days holiday, but with each year you’ll get an extra day up until 33 days.
If you haven’t got an up to date CV, don’t worry, you can just send me what you do have () or get in touch another way – I know not everyone has one to hand.
