We are looking for a Business Support Analyst that has excellent communication skills along with an approachable and enthusiastic attitude, to provide first and second line IT support for our store and head office colleagues. Some other key focus areas will be to:

Assist the implementation of all new software for head office and store colleagues

Assist in the management and maintenance of the existing infrastructure efficiently i.e. Organise efficient replacement or repair in the event of failure

Maintain good communication across all departments and stores

Ensure all guidance given is in line with our store policies and maximises the accuracy of the data recorded in our business systems

We are looking for someone who has a natural aptitude for solving problems and finding solutions while being a personable and team player who can focus on delivery.

You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. Weekdays 7am -8pm and weekends 8am - 6pm (1 in 4 weekends).

Product Specialist | 03:00am to 11:30am

Having just moved into BRAND NEW offices, it’s a brilliant time to join this growing independent software company.

As the Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with technical evaluations until the sale of the product is finalised. You will provide customers and clients with product demo’s and webinars. You will provide feedback and requests of the product features to the Product Owner. The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience;
* Previous experience in an IT support role
* Ideally worked on an IT Support Helpdesk previously, in a managed service environment
* Excellent telephone and remote support skills
* Experience in Windows Server & Desktop OS, Exchange, Office 365 and other standard Microsoft packages
* Experience in networking (firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, wireless)
* Experience with VLANs, Hyper V, VM Ware and other virtual technologies
* To quickly gather the right information from the customer, analyse the issue and take appropriate and timely action
* An analytical and methodical problem solver
*The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers to establish confidence whilst an issue is resolved
