A 2nd Line IT Support Analyst is required to provide support for various UK companies by our Managed Service Provider client based in Bristol, South West. This is a role with a growing company who are of the size that means your opinion, involvement and personality are just as important as your technical fit. A salary of up to £25,000 is available for the right applicant.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will support clients as a technical point of contact for resolution of faults and troubleshooting for network infrastructure and Windows Operating Systems. You will have a good knowledge of Windows support and resolving hardware and software issues as well as meeting SLAs and keeping standards to a high level.

You will provide IT Support and troubleshoot issues that arise using a logical and structured process ensuring client issues are dealt with in a highly professional manner. You will also demonstrate a strong awareness of data protection, security policies and IT best practice.

Knowledge of Cisco is useful, but it is essential you have knowledge and experience configuring and managing Windows Server and Operating Systems (Windows 7 to 10).
