I'm working with a client who are a leader in freshly prepared food and are in partnership with leading food retailers in the UK and overseas with a large presence in the United States.

There is an excellent opportunity to join this every growing business with the chance to become a Network & Data Centre Analyst. This is a major role in the platform team to make sure the groups infrastructure is always running on point. The main objective is to develop, implement and maintain the platform that enables technical solutions are fit for purpose and deliver to business standards.

You main responsibility centres around the technologies and to make sure that the life-cycle helps deliver new solutions, support and provide knowledge to other teams that are managed by KPI's and SLA's which will be more on major incidents.

2. Good understanding of the use of Local Authority management information systems to deliver services. Working knowledge of systems within Public Realm services desirable.

3. An understanding of project management methods. The ability to plan and conduct research, and present in a meaningful manner to different audiences

4. Experience of providing performance and contract management to identify strengths, weaknesses and be in turn formulate action plans.

5. Designing and setting up data capturing frameworks to accurately and easily record data to produce reporting frameworks.

6. Ability to analyse, use and present performance frameworks in a clear and informative way to identify areas of improvement through trend analysis to a wide range of audience using various techniques.
