Responsible for delivering design from strategy to execution, across all three levels (conceptual, logical and physical), the Business Design team ensure the development of coherent operating models for the CT Network.

The Role of a Business Analyst
Business Analysts undertake a vital role within the Business Design team undertaking analysis and design activity to develop innovative and efficient solutions to priority business problems and opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, Business Analysts will be deployed across a range of change pillar initiatives to provide effective design services.
Additional Specification & Desirable Criteria:

Key Skills
*Good understanding of Business Analysis and architecture
*Working within smaller complex programmes
*Have been an integral part in the design of a full Target Operating Model/ Or
*Have a thorough understanding of how it is created, and components needed
*Understanding of the change lifecycle
*Ability to identify, engage and manage stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)
*Ability to negotiate and influence

Experience
*Experience of undertaking business design activity using formal methodologies and approaches. Including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations
*Experience in reviewing and enhancing business cases and design documentation throughout the project lifecycle
*Experience of working with various stakeholders within a large organization including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities

Desirables
*Understanding of the CT network and partner agencies
*Professional Business Analysis qualification by examination (e.g. BCS BA Diploma)
*Experience of working in a policing and/or security environment
*Experience of building confidence with stakeholders and relationships at all levels
*Understanding of the CT Policing Network; including London (MPS), National (UK Force wide) and international responsibilities; relationships with Government, security and intelligence agencies; and governance arrangements
*Experience of working in a challenging, change-driven environment

Due to an increasing workload our client is looking for a TEMP for 3 months who has previously used SAP with good data entry skills. Procurement/purchasing admin experience is desirable but not essential.

This TEMP role will last for approximately 3-4 months - starting at the end of March, you will be available for work immediately. Interviews to be held 9th/10th March or 16th/17th March.

The main purpose of the role is to process data into the SAP systems due to an increase in workload of transactions. In addition, to check data, by phoning up suppliers / line managers to ensure data accuracy. Prepare purchase orders Able to solve problems, although there are clear escalation paths.
Full time - 37.5 hrs, Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 or 9-5pm. There is some limited flexibility on the hours and the job holder will be expected to work overtime during busy periods.

The successful candidates must be able to work:
*11th to 26th May
*14th to 17th April

Options resourcing is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
