DevOps Engineer - AWS, Linux - Old Street - Video

I am working with a video conferencing technology company that is the leader in their field having come out of Silicon Valley and expanded internationally. They have a strong team in London which you will be joining as it is looking to grow to meet the extra demand that they have seen.

You will be a person who thrives as part of a team and wants to build skills in AWS, containerisation and IaC as this is the direction they are going in their technology stack.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong AWS skills including its wider services.
  • Good knowledge of open source software and are comfortable interacting through the command line.
  • Has worked with a scripting language such as Shell, Bash, Ruby or Python for automation.
  • Has worked with CI/CD tools. While the specific tool is not important, knowledge of the concepts and expereince implementing them is key.

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of IaC either in Cloudformation or Terraform.
  • Has worked with containers such as Docker and ECS.
