You will be working on 2nd and 3rd line support issues, production issues and client integrations tickets, increasing your technical and business skills. You will be able to work with our software’s base code, test and release your code and system changes to Production.

The applications delivering the services have significant server-based data processing components and a behind-the-scenes data gateway systems. Our services are delivered over the internet, via an interactive user interface.

This is a unique opportunity to join a relatively small company at the point where an Application and Production Support Analyst is required to help the team grow more and handle more complicated and advanced production issues and tickets. We are seeking a passionate Software Developer who is steeped in the ways of Agile. We are considering Software Developers at all levels to support the development of a local business that are expanding their product portfolio. Your work will primarily be in Angular, but there are plenty of opportunities to take on full-stack tasks if you're up for the challenge!

Stack Outlook

  • API: REST, GraphQL
  • Tooling: git, jenkins, JIRA, slack, ELK
  • Infrastructure: OpenShift, OpenStack, Docker, RDS (MySQL), NoSQL
  • Apps: angular, typescript, blazor, materials styled-components
  • Backend services: C# or C++

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Data Structures ideally
  • Enjoy working in a continuous delivery environment
  • Familiarity with the whole application development cycle ideally
  • Experience with automatic unit testing and automatic UI testing ideally
  • Have an interest in user behaviour, to drive forward the user experience
